Greetings!
We look forward to seeing you back in the studios again soon. As is common everywhere right now some of our policies and procedures have changed.
We are currently open by appointment only. Please be patient with us as all of us are tattooing under new guidelines, protocols and wearing gear that we are not used to. In addition most of us have three months worth of cancelled appointments that we are trying to get rescheduled.
At this time we can not accommodate walk ins of ANY kind. Not to book an appointment. Not to reschedule an existing appointment. Not to sell a gift certificate. Not to just ask a quick question. This may change when we move into subsequent phases but right now please do not come to the studio without an appointment.
Please cancel your appointment promptly if you are ill or if anyone in your immediate community is high risk. Your artist may contact you prior to your appointment with questions about your current health or recent exposures to COVID 19.
As always, if you are feeling sick, have a fever over 100.4, cough, shortness of breath, loss of taste/smell, or any flu-like symptoms, please stay home until you feel better and call your physician, we can reschedule your appointment.
If you have been traveling to any country identified by the CDC, we recommend that you re-schedule your appointment at least 3 weeks from the time you returned, please check the CDC website at coronavirus.gov
You may not bring anyone with you to your appointment. If you are relying one someone else for transport they must remain outside of the building.
Our lobby and common areas are closed to the public while we are in Phase 3 directives. Please do not bring food or snacks inside the building. If you bring a beverage with you it must be lidded.
When you arrive for your appointment: remain in your car or outside of the building (hopefully your car always remains outside of the building). Call the front desk to let them know that you have arrived (or message your artist directly if that is what you arranged). Greece is 585-621-4460 and Webster is 585-872-2722 Please call instead of texting as we may not realize you have texted for some time.
When your artist comes out to get you, you will need to have a facemask in place to enter the building. Your facemask must cover your nose and mouth. The facemask will need to stay in place during the entirety of your visit. Please be respectful of others in the studio and maintain a six foot distance from everyone except your artist.
Your artist will bring you to their work area to complete your paper work and health screening. Please use the provided hand sanitizer or wash your hands before filling out paperwork. You will be asked to fill out a COVID 19 questionnaire. You may be asked to have your temperature taken and recorded. You do have the right to refuse to answer these questions, but your artist is not obligated to tattoo you if you do not comply.
We DO have the right to (and will) refuse you service if you are not wearing a facemask properly.
You must provide us with your legal name and contact information in the event we must pass this information along to the Health Department for tracking/tracing notifications.
Your artist will specify where you may place your personal items for accessibility during your session.
If you need to use the restroom during your session - please check with the counter person first to make sure that it is available and has been wiped down.
Your artist may have switched to a form of touch-less payment. Please make sure you have discussed payment options before your appointment.
We look forward to seeing you again and are happy to answer any questions that you may have.
